PICNICKING & PLAYGROUNDS
Areas for picnicking are scattered throughout the park, including rest stops along the trails offering tables and benches with views to the river. Playground equipment is located on the east bank at 19th, 41st, and 96th Streets and on the west bank at the River West Festival Park. Please refer to maps for more detailed information about parking, restrooms and other amenities.
DISC GOLF
An 18-hole disc golf course is located between 31st and 48th Streets on the east bank, with the first tee located just south of the 41st Street Plaza. The course was designed in cooperation with the Tulsa Disc Sports Association. A 9-hole disc golf course is located on the west bank of the river north of the River West Festival Park.
RUGBY FIELD
The Tulsa Rugby Football Club subleases its field at 38th and Riverside Drive, where it holds practices and games. The club competes in the USA Rugby Football Union and plays both a spring and a fall season. For more information, visit www.tulsarugbyclub.com.
BOK PLAZA
The BOK Plaza is a focal point of the park at 71st and Riverside and a popular backdrop for photos. Bank of Oklahoma and NatureWorks, Inc. partnered to create a sandstone waterfall populated with a mother Black bear and her three cubs.
he River SkatePark is operated by the City of Tulsa Parks Department (not River Parks) and is located south of 23rd Street on the west bank. The facility is fenced and lighted, with steel ramps and jumps, as well as spectator seating; no on-site staffing or supervision is provided.
